We have recently completed work

Nestled in Sanborn County Park, in the Santa Cruz Mountains southeast of San Jose, lies Lake Ranch - a 70 million gallon water storage reservoir owned and operated by San Jose Water. You’re probably aware that there are many lakes in the Santa Cruz mountains, but did you know that this reservoir was constructed 144 years ago? It was originally built to meet the growing water demand for the town of Los Gatos.

Located in the foothills of Los Gatos in the southwest corner of Belgatos Park lies an important piece of our water system infrastructure. Belgatos Station previously consisted of 2 earthen embankment reservoirs that stored up to 9.5 million gallons of potable water and served approximately 84,000 people in the San Jose Water service area.

Valley Water’s Rinconada Water Treatment Plant is undergoing planned construction and maintenance work from March 12^ththrough March 19^th, 2019. During this period, SJW will deliver groundwater to customers located to the south of Stevens Creek and to the  west of Highways 880 and 17.
