Environmental stewardship at the forefront of SJW investments in infrastructure and service.
SAN JOSE, Calif., February 28, 2025 – San Jose Water (“SJW” or “the Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJW Group (NASDAQ: SJW), is proud to share a year of significant advancements and milestones in water management and customer service.
“Prioritizing investment in infrastructure is one of the most important things that SJW does for its customers today and into the future,” said Tanya Moniz-Witten, President of SJW. “To help guarantee a long-term supply of reliable high-quality drinking water, continuous system maintenance and improvements are required. SJW is committed to our mission of delivering life-sustaining water and exceptional service to our customers and local communities while protecting the environment.”
2024 highlights include:
- Advancements in Infrastructure: SJW successfully completed over 300 projects in 2024, replacing 23 miles of water mains and strengthening system resilience with new backup generators and major electrical upgrades.
