EBill Program

No more paper bills! Simply enroll in SJWC's EBill program and you will no longer receive a paper invoice. SJWC will send you an email when your water bill is available for viewing.
As an EBill customer, payments of the water bill must be made in one of the following ways:

Automatic Payment Service (APS) program - SJWC will automatically deduct your water bill payments from your bank account approximately 3 working days (excluding holidays) after the payment due date.

|
Pay Now/EPay - register your banking information as part of your profile and "pay-on-demand". This option allows you to make payments whenever you choose.
|
|
|
Other online payment programs - you are paying your water bill electronically through other home banking or online payment services.

Note: Payments made online take 2 to 3 days to process and will not not immediately change your SJWC account balance. Payments received after the due date are subject to delinquent processes and possible interruption of water service.
If you are currently enrolled in Automatic Payment Service (APS) and need to change bank account information you must notify SJWC in writing to: SJWC, 110 W. Taylor St., San Jose, CA 95196 or by contacting our office at: 408-279-7900. Our business hours are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
You may cancel EBill service at any time by notifying SJWC by logging in, link to Customer Care and send an email or by written notification.
